We enjoyed excellent weather and equally excellent hospitality from our hosts at Holnicot House.

The Dorset coast is a very good area to go walking. We have organised a number of weekends
away there, allowing us to explore the varied features of the coastline and inland countryside.

Ascending Thorncombe Beacon, Monarch's Way. (Only 150m above sea level but very steep!)	Colmer's Hill on our route back to Bridport. Easy compared to some of the others we did!

A crisp February walk from Aldourne to Ramsbury (Wiltshire) and back.

We spent a long weekend in the Gower. The Welsh weather was excellent.
